Wood Burning

Wood burning is an over looked form of art in my opinion. I feel as if it should be recognized by a lot more because it requires a extraordinary skill set and super accurate precision. Unlike messing up a painting and just grabbing a new sheet of canvas, the artist must find a piece of wood to their liking, cut it out, prep it, and then start again. I used to wood burn for my wood working class freshman year of high school and I thought it was an interesting and fun challenge.
